Manual invoice generation from exported Redmine data was time-consuming and error-prone.
I implemented a tool that reads billing-relevant data directly from the Redmine database, including custom fields, and generates ready-to-send invoices using a custom template module for LibreOffice documents.
Invoices are now generated automatically based on actual booked effort.
