I established a continuous DevOps model with strong focus on automation, traceability, and domain extensibility. The original two-tier setup was expanded with a middleware layer that now automates large parts of sample processing. Separated DEV/TEST/PROD environments and structured change/risk management ensure safe releases.
The result is a resilient, audit-ready LIMS that continuously improves daily operations and supports long-term digital transformation.
